Our mission is to support adoptees stay connected with both their adoptive parents and their birth parents. If your parents have an account with OurHeartsConnect, we would love for you to join that group. We can also create a group to help the process of reunification with your birth parents.
If you are an adoptee, you can request to join OurHeartsConnect using the form below and we will try to facilitate a safe and meaningful reunification process.
If you are under the age of 18, we will reach out to your adoptive parents to support you in this process.
